Encryption-Decryption Tool

I find this tool helpful encrypting some secure texts such as credit card numbers. A common scenario is:
    When you are not willing to remember the massive bank card numbers, NEITHER to write down plain text to online notes considering the security, then just remember 2 or 3 chars of key for encryption/decryption.
